Relationships
The problem
Poor communication, sexual problems, boredom, poor self worth and coping with changes in partnerships later in life, are some of the issues that can be improved by hypnotherapy. When specific issues are identified, such as sexual problems, hypnosis can be very effective. Ideally it is good to see both partners, but usually separately.
Case history
A woman in her forties came to see me because she had become aware of developing coldness towards her partner. She felt that their relationship was degenerating. Regression revealed some traumatic events in her childhood which made it difficult for her to be open and affectionate. Once these events were brought to her awareness they could be resolved and the relationship then became more fulfilling.
